PRODUCT LANGUAGE
A substantial desktop, wrapped corners and contrasting light and dark materials bring work, storage and reception into a coherent layout.
Vela brings the main desk, side cabinet, drawer unit, back cabinet and reception furniture together with a consistent, assured character. The desktop supports work and conversation, the cabinets accommodate equipment and storage, and the back cabinet completes the setting behind the user.
In this scheme, natural wood veneer, low-sheen orange PU wrapping, dark surfaces and metal details each have a distinct role. We’ll work through colour samples, configurations and product versions with you for each project.

The main desk, return and curved support anchor the executive setting, with timber, wrapped and dark surfaces each clearly defined.
The back cabinet echoes the desk’s timber, warm orange and dark finishes, bringing storage and display into a consistent backdrop.
A timber-coloured top and dark supports extend the series' composed silhouette into meeting and discussion spaces.
Dark upholstery and timber-coloured side panels extend the series’ material palette into lounge and reception settings.

Preview Natural Oak MC-24005 and the walnut and Hei Xing 03C finishes from the 2027 collection. The upholstery currently remains warm orange, while the silver trim and fixed hardware stay unchanged. Warm beige-grey and graphite grey MFC offer different combinations.

The desktop and curved outer leg form a continuous turn that defines Vela's front and side proportions, as well as the impression of thickness and support from the visitor's side.

The main desk provides the work surface, the side cabinet houses equipment, the drawer unit holds everyday items, and the back cabinet completes the backdrop. Their orientation shapes the routes through the office.

Wood veneer brings warmth across the main surfaces, orange wrapping adds a tactile and visual accent, dark surfaces anchor the composition, and metal highlights the joints and finishing details.
MATERIALS & SAMPLING
Vela assigns distinct materials to the desktop, curved leg and cabinet fronts. Compare the wood and dark panels together, then use physical samples to confirm grain direction, edges and adjoining surfaces.
